Randy D. Fry, CPA, CVA, CGMA

Prior to starting the public accounting practice, Randy worked in nearly every department in the banking sector.  He began his banking career in 1983 and worked in finance until 1996.  In finance he managed a mortgage department providing him significant real estate experience as well as commercial lending, credit analysis, installment loans and a variety of other banking functions.  As a banker he supplied knowledge to business and individual clients to help them financially gain and prosper and as a result received requests to provide these services privately.  In 1996 he founded the public accounting firm of Randy D. Fry, CPA. P.C.  Using the banking skills, analytical analysis and industry standards he specializes in helping companies becoming more profitable.  His belief in education is important and continually attends various educational classes to improve his skills in finance, tax planning, tax preparation, valuation, business consulting and a focus on business profit.     

Although he offers full service traditional accounting services, he prides himself in being nontraditional in creative and sound business advice to help businesses be more successful and minimize taxes.  To enhance the firm, in 2001 he received an additional credential as a Certified Valuation Analyst and provides business valuation services to attorneys and business owners.  

In January 2016, the firm merged with Trowbridge Accounting, LLC and became Fry, Trowbridge & Associates CPA's P.C.

Amber Taylor, CPA, CFP

Partner, Amber L. Taylor, CPA, CFP began her career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in 1993 specializing in executive tax planning, corporate, foreign, and multi-state taxation.  Her career shifted to Bayer Healthcare-Elkhart in 1998 where she specialized in multi-state taxation for income, sales/use, property as well as corporate, foreign corporation and merger/acquisition compliance work.  In 2001, after the death of her father, Robert Trowbridge Jr., Amber took the helm of Trowbridge Accounting, LLC.  Amber offers experience with Peachtree Accounting software and has a passion for retirement and estate planning.  To that end, Amber achieved her Certified Financial Planner designation in 2008.  In 2016, the firm Trowbridge Accounting, LLC merged into the firm of Randy D Fry CPA PC to form Fry, Trowbridge, and Associates, CPA'S P.C.    

Jonathon, EA

Jonathon is an enrolled agent and has B.S. from Bethel college, an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science from Liberty University.  He has been active in public accounting for over 25 years with a focus on individuals, small business and not for profits in tax preparation and planning, financial consulting and general business advice.   In addition, he has been an assistant professor of accounting with helping build the profession with the next generation of accountants at Bethel University.  He provides our client base with an outgoing personality and attention to detail and effective tax planning.  He is active with Youth for Christ and the surrounding communities.  We believe our clients greatly appreciate his passion to the industry and we are proud to have him on our team.  

Paula

Paula Graduated from International Business College with an Associates degree in 1984 and has been working in finance and accounting ever since.  She is the office manager and manages all administrative details of the office. 

Mark

Mark is a 2016 graduate from Trine University with a Bachelor of Science in business with accounting as his major.  His hard work and past experience in managing difficult situations adds a unique benefit to our firm.  A non-traditional student and change of a career path allows his maturity of skills of professionalism from his prior career to merge into the field of accounting.  His deep dedication to achieving his goals provides a focus driven core of hard work, efficiency and accuracy. We believe Mark's rigid attention to detail and focus on excellence will provide our clients the direction they need for financial success.  

Teresa

Teresa joined our firm in 2019 and has an accounting degree from Franklin University.  She works as a staff accountant with our financials statement preparation and individual Tax.  In addition, she directs our payroll department as the manager of the group.  Her strong financial, tax and accounting skills provides the firm confidence in a quality, timely and efficient service to our clients.   

Matt

Is a graduate from Indiana State University in 1999 and is a staff accountant in our firm.  Working with small business and individual tax he brrings a terrific attitude.  His desire to continually learn so that he can help clients grow and become more profitable challenges all to keep up with his energy.  His attention to detail and willingness to achieve success assures the growth of the firm continues.   

Candace

Candace brings a variety of knowledge to our firm with working in private industry.  Her people skills and combined personality adds much to our clients.  She is the first face you see in our office and we proudly call her part of our team.  She works in our bookkeeping and administration areas and we appreciate her professionalism and friendly smile.  

Ashley

Ashley joined our team 2023 and coming from private industry after providing bookkeeping and controllership duties. Her experience allows the firm to continue to grow into our full service accounting/controllership work that we provide.  Her attention to detail and wonderful personality provides the type of experience our clients expect.  Her refreshing service attitude provides our clients the interaction needed and confidence to secure answers when requested.  

Janet

Janet has been in the private industry field of Customer service for over twentyyears and brings to the firm this high level of professionalism.   Her local upbringing combined with her years of experience elevates our administrative team to remain focused on clients and their needs as well as support to our accounting team.  Her warm and inviting skills will welcome you either by phone or in person and provide you a high level of service and quality you would expect from an accounting firm.  

Connie

Connie has a masters degree and works part-time for the firm in our payroll and administrative department.  She has strong mathematical skills combined with a diligent work ability that provides our firm the confidence our clients are being served.  Her awareness of need with clients assures confidence in quality of workmanship and professionlism.
